” Christine Sefolosha’s world has been strongly influenced by a portion of her life spent in South Africa. She has brought back her sensitivity which promotes tribal representation painted over paper, cloth and canvas.

Her microcosm – a whole cosmogony – is based on metamorphosis and the surreal, oneiric creatures in the wake of outside art.
One is not surprised that she has exhibited at the Halle St Pierre in Paris! Earlier works done with oil and tar on butcher paper lay bare uncanny graphic power.
